KB111 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Introduction

Welcome to KB111. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and KB111 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the KB111 website, mobile application and all services provided through those channels, including sports betting, casino games, slot games, live dealer games and any promotional offers.

By registering an account on KB111, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you accept them without reservation. KB111 conducts verification checks to confirm the identity and age of players. This process may require you to submit a copy of a valid national identity document, proof of address or other supporting documentation. Accounts that cannot be successfully verified may be restricted or closed.

03 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your KB111 account credentials. The following rules apply:

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with any other person under any circumstances.
• KB111 staff will never ask you for your password. If anyone claiming to be from KB111 requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.
• You must notify KB111 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

04 Deposits and Payments

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account being flagged for review.
• KB111 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside KB111's control.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• KB111 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to fund a player account.

For JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits, funds are typically credited to your KB111 balance within one to two minutes of the transaction being confirmed in your mobile wallet. For bank transfers and Raast, processing times depend on the sending institution but are generally prompt. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact the support team with your transaction reference.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of PKR winnings are available to verified account holders. The following conditions apply:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• KB111 reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
• Funds deposited but not yet wagered at least once may be subject to a review before withdrawal is approved.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

KB111 aims to process withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days to arrive, depending on the receiving bank. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

KB111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated alongside each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the Promotions page.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and suspension of all associated accounts.

• Free bets and bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

07 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on KB111. Specific rules for individual sports and bet types are published within the relevant sections of the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed and KB111 cannot honour odds that have already changed by the time a bet slip is submitted.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, cancelled or abandoned, KB111's settlement rules for that sport will apply. Generally, bets on events that do not complete within a specified timeframe will be voided and stakes returned.
• KB111 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of pricing errors, data feed failures or where the outcome of an event has been affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conduct.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delays in odds updates. KB111 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per day apply and are displayed in the betting section of the platform. Bets that exceed these limits will be reduced to the applicable maximum.
• KB111 does not accept bets from players who have any insider knowledge of an event's outcome or who are in any way connected to the participants in that event.

Cricket betting on KB111 covers Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Test matches and bilateral series. Over-by-over markets and live in-play options are available for major matches. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

08 Casino and Slot Games

Casino games and slot titles on KB111 are provided for entertainment. The following rules apply to all casino activity:

• All casino games on KB111 use certified random number generation technology. The outcome of each spin, hand or round is independently determined and not influenced by previous results or by KB111.
• In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session – including disconnection or platform error – KB111 will attempt to resolve the session using recorded game data. Where resolution is not possible, the affected round may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino and slot games and are displayed within each game interface.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on KB111 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account on the platform.
• Using another person's identity or payment details to register or transact.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical faults in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing or any activity that seeks to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes.
• Coordinating with other accounts to exploit bonus terms, betting markets or casino games.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive communication with KB111 support staff or other players.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

KB111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 09.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity on the account for an extended period as specified in KB111's dormant account policy.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting KB111 support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player through their verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed.

Players who have self-excluded from KB111 must not attempt to re-register. Any account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately and any funds deposited during the self-exclusion period will be returned.
